[Walmart] Remington 25CC Curved shaft grass trimmer - $69 (after price match, YMMV)

Regular price is $138 now $69 at select WM stores.

I price matched with HD for $62.10 which took a long time. No dice with Lowes PM.

Also the greenworks electric weedwacker is down to $19

I always see so many cheap gas trimmers on marketplace "not running."

You may want to consider using engineered fuel like TruFuel if operating a trimmer like this.

That's because maintaining a 2-stroke engine sucks for the average person.

I have the Greenworks one

Fantastic buy at $19. It has a wheel for easy edging. My only complain is that it's 15lbs ish (In certain the 7.7lbs is incorrect). It might not seem much (I also used to lift a lot) but if youre gonna do 20+ mins it becomes a real chore to handle.

You need to have a curved shaft to trim your grass with this one?
Is this thing on?

I understand the benzene in pump gas has a negative affect on those diaphragms.

This video talks about engineered fuels, and at the 6:00 mark, talks about the diaphragms.

While these engineered fuels are very expensive, a small trimmer does not use a lot of fuel on a typical residential property, so you could probably use engineered fuels 100% of the time. However, at minimum, they should be used at the end of the season for winterizing.

Yes. Do as StudYork said as above …do the online chat…I did mine through text. It takes them a while to verify but hopefully will still work for you. Chat by texting through 84322.
I’m now just waiting for them do refund me the difference . Good luck

Geez? Guess it’s luck of the draw? I’m tried phoning first and was denied. Maybe it makes a difference with your postal code too? There are a couple of stores near me showing some ( but limited ) stock. Good luck

Jumping through hoops. Mine was a lengthy PM due to chat issues but Youssef came through. It was drop shipped by MTD today via UPS from Kitchener.
