Does this have a decent 1 player campaign? Or is it like SW:Battlefront where the single player missions were all just one offs that took me an hour to complete??
Buying things you don't need is what RFD is all about.

The main campaign in Star Wars: Squadrons is roughly eight hours long. There are some variables, such as mission length being dependent upon player skill and completing optional side objectives, but the main storyline in Squadrons should take about eight hours to finish.

Holding out hope this comes to EA Play within the year.

It's actually not if you have a VR. I played the 10 hour trial and I was blown away on PCVR. There's also no mtx or anything.

From what I've seen and read reviews, the gameplay is short and painstakingly repetitive. It's similar to starfighter mode in Battlefront 2 (another EA published game), but with more cockpit options.

I predict this will be $20 by Boxing Day.
