Also I fry 6 pieces in a Butterball Turkey Fryer and I sometimes think that isn't enough oil.
I can't find the capacity offhand, but it's HUGE. I can damn near fit a whole retail fryer inside the pot.

lol it's actually 0.9L...got it for $25 a while ago. I wanted a tiny one because I don't really have the space in a downtown Toronto condo to store a bunch of huge appliances, and it's perfect to cook one meal for myself.
