At check out, they added $5 handling fee even for pick up. Any way to get rid of this?

hey, how do you do this at the checkout? I still get the $5 handling fee for pickup. total comes out to $24. May you show me the steps? I can't seem to figure it out. Please and thanks!

After adding the memory card to your order, go to the grocery section and add items to the cart until it reaches over $50. This should make 2 separate orders, one for pickup and the other one that ships to your home. Schedule a slot at one of the stores and make the order. If you don't want the groceries, you can cancel the grocery order and still get free shipping to your home. You might want to order 2 cards, since the handling fee can only be removed after spending over $25.

All this is because people used to order a single can of soup @50 cents... It used to be good....

- I am almost sure that someone posted, the other day, that this deal is still available on Walmart website.
- Very confused on why they removed that post.

- Anyway, I had some good experience, in the past, with Transcend memory sticks and SD and microSD cards. These days you almost don't know anymore which one is garbage or not. Names which had some reputation before, transformed themselves into something that is no different than garbage no name. It is a lottery game, driven by the race to the bottom price and bottom quality.
- This offer seems to come from Transcend and is sold by Walmart (no third party vendor). So, maybe there is some hope.
- I ordered three. Expected delivery in a week.

Still puzzled: why would they remove the post which actually broth this offer to my attention? I did not see anything wrong in the post, as far as I could tell.

- Got my three cards this morning.
- Way faster than I expected. The initial estimated delivery date was June 3rd, and I was OK with that. It was shipped by UPS. Then UPS was estimating yesterday a delivery on May 28th, but to my pleasant surprise they put the box at my door, today around 11:30 AM. Considering that I placed my order online on Monday, May 25th (around 3 AM, still not sleeping from Sunday late night), that makes it about 56 hours delivery after placing the order online. Pretty good!
- They are still available on the Walmart web site (and I am still puzzled on why they removed the other person posting -- I think he/she posted on Sun, May 24th. Strange!).
- I did not open the box yet.

Amazon.ca SD card supply is tainted with fake cards. Just FYI, I'd rather get an SD card anywhere else to ensure I have a real one the first time rather than go through the return process.
