The bar is split in two, I'm sure it's fine for the weight that's included but I'd be cautious adding anything heavier than that.

I've been looking for adjustable dumbbells at reasonable price for a while now so thanks! I don't have a Walmart nearby but they have free pickup from Penguin pickup so I used that instead!

Would these weights fit on other, better barbells? The bar looks thin and the diameter of the hole on the weights seems narrow

They would fit on other standard 1" bars but be aware, the weights themselves are very wide -- much wider than iron plates. That said, for a buck a pound, this is a fair deal.

I would say the inclusion of any barbell bar pushes it from fair to pretty good. As mentioned, be aware that the bar is quite low quality.. but any barbell bar, period, is going to be way more money than you think/expect.

Just be aware these are cement weights.
The plastic shell has a hole in it. Cement is poured in and then the hole is sealed.

Anyone knows the length of barbell...? is it Olympic size (long enough) to put it on bars of Marcy Cage...(bought a bar bell (SKU#10160880) from walmart back in Oct but length is barely long enough to rest on marcy cage and risky when doing bench press).

Aside from the bar and weights being cement. Is there any reason this is getting downvoted? Havent seen 1$/lb in what seems like forever
