Apple Keyboard from $150 to $50 at certain locations. Pretty good deal if you use apple computers.

Why is it $150 to begin with, can anyone explain?

Apple's Mac keyboards and trackpads are best (only exception is that crap iPad Smart Keyboard Folio whereas iPad Magic kbd is amazing), OTOH they never made a great mouse. Magic Mouse is tolerable.

Trackpads, sure. The Magic Keyboard really isn't anything special. Logitech MX Keys feels just as nice to type on, is a fair bit less expensive, and you can pair it with multiple devices.

But for $50 this is a very good deal.

I managed to pick one up at Milton Walmart. There's one left but the packaging is a bit banged up.

Sticker shows "On sale for $129.00 from $149.00" but it scans at $49.00.

Few things to note, I did expect it to have user replaceable battery like the older magic keyboard without numpad but, this one has an internal battery with lighting port for charging (Yes, it comes with a lighting cable).
It is an Apple keyboard so it sits flat, even flatter than old wired model of the keyboard and the keys travel far less. Depends on your typing style, your comfort may vary.

Apple is quite proud of the fact that this keyboard is more environmentally friendly by removing the need for a disposable batteries. I guess they never heard of AA or AAA rechargeable batteries.

All in all, at $49, this is a good deal

I just got a MX keys, and to be honest, it is not as nice as the Apple magic keyboard to type on, bought it for the multiple device connectivity function, but typing experience, I still prefer Apple magic keyboard.

Agree, there is also the seamless integration of the Magic Keyboard with Apple products to consider.

I found with Logitech or Microsoft Bluetooth keyboards, that there was often a delay when waking the device up, etc. The Apple peripherals are always instantly available as one would expect.
