Want advice on IT Software Company

Hello all I have completed my B.tech this year and now searching for the best IT Software Company to work for. Actually my interest is in website development and app development, so really in need. Can anyone suggest me some ideas from where to start or which course to do in order to get successful career ahead? All comments would be appreciated.

Yes at the same time that company need to provide training along with the job so that I can learn new things regarding development and can have working experience as well by doing the job as a fresher.
