Want to Dye/Restore Black Bumpers & Trims.

I'm looking for a product that permanently dyes and restores the sun-faded and scratched black bumpers on my older car.

Note - most products are really just some kind of surface paint/dye and may only last for weeks (less if it rains).

Thanks for the suggestions, will check them out - what I'm hoping to find is something that will effectively cover up the scratch marks.

lol I used to just use tire gel from time to time to restore my faded mud guards. There's also the heat gun method...
