Want LGA1155 motherboard for 32 GB RAM (4x8GB DDR3)

My 5-year-old ASUS P8Z77-V motherboard is dying by pieces. The audio is shot, the USB ports are dying, and (probably unrelated) a SATA drive just ate itself. I'd like to swap out the mobo, but can't seem to find a Z77 board to replace it, without also replacing a perfectly good LGA 1155 CPU or giving up some of my 4x8GB DDR3 dimms.

Can you recommend anything reasonably priced?
