Warm tile in kitchen

We have large tiles in our kitchen and one tile (which is situated over the bathroom) is warm to touch, while the rest are the normal cool temperature you would expect.

Has anyone ever experienced this before? Who do I go to for advice?

Probably heating duct running under it.

Are any appliances near that tile? Fridge?

Is there a pot light right below it in the bathroom?

could be any of the above. but just pray the contractor didn't simply tile over a floor register, some dumb contractors would actually do such a thing.
