Nice thread !

For myself, I've bought a Casio for almost every birthday I had when I was young, but now that I've grown up, for the past 5 yrs, I've been spending more $$$ on time pieces.

Multi-function: Tissot T-Touch (awesome compass, baro, chrono, altim, temp)
Daily Wear: Victorinox Renegade
Classy: Citizen Eco-Drive, Seiko

My eyes are now set on: Tag F1 series or Fortis, Breitling, and if I'm crazy, the new Rolex chronograph $6000 Cdn.

The Tissot T-touch (Titanium), after I saw Tomb Raider, I HAD to get it. I have both the Titanium strap and black rubber:

A different version also appeared in Mr and Mrs. Smith:

And just recently when I went to Hong Kong, I bought the coolest US Navy Seals issue watch: Luminox. It has luminous gas that glows continuously for 20 yrs !! Its awesome at night, I got the Original 3000 series version, black:

Let me tell you, Hong Kong's prices for watches are SOOOOO much cheaper !! And no sales tax in HK either.

I have a Timex [rfdlink=/forums/autolink/redirectpage.php?linkid=33]Indigo[/rfdlink] that's lasted for 11 years (and still going) on a single battery.

I'm not even sure how this is physically possible, but I just chalk it up to damn fine workmanship.

Its possible, I got a Casio Illumninator watch that kept going for at least 9 yrs, and it was still going, but the light wasn't lighting up, so time to change battery.

The Vacheron isn't a real one (damn I don't have 10k$ for that) :D
but for the Omega, Costco sell it for 1600$. (automatic movement) The Quartz one can be found just under 900$ I think.

What piss me off a bit: Both have automatic movement. Both hold good time, both have sapphire crystal, both have the wow effect, and one cost 15 time more than the other :D

Next step up for me will be a Tag... but I'll have to wait till after I graduate (the second time) for it.

Dude that watch isn't $700.. you got ripped!

That watch is more like $399 "regular" and like $299 on sale.

It's a pilots watch too, do you even know how to use all the features on it?
Beans, beans, the magically fruit. The more you eat, the more you toot. The more you toot, the better you feel. So eat your beans at every meal.
