Water heater Whirlpool vs GSW

guys,

I'm planning to buy a water heater, but I have no clue about the brands , found mostly Whirlpool and GSW , which one is better ?

GSW:
Warranty:

Base Warranty Parts: 12 Months
Tank Warranty Parts: 72 Months
Electronics Warranty Parts: 72 Months

Whirlpool:
Warranty:

Base Warranty Parts: 72 Months
Tank Warranty Parts: 72 Months
Electronics Warranty Parts: 12 Months

Both are manufactured by AO Smith in the US. Both are good heaters, just different trim lines. You're just paying a bit more for the Whirlpool warranty.
