Ways to clean hard water stains?

So sometimes when it rains a lot theres some dripping from the concrete ceiling in my apartment garage above my cars rear end. Its starting to cause these stains on my rear window/trunk area that are difficult to remove. I'm guessing its minerals or limestone or something. Can anyone recommend a cleaning product that can help remove these stains without damaging the paint. Thanks.

Best first step would be to have protection on the paint, so wash the car and apply a quality wax regularly (2-3 times a year) that will make it easier to clean off. But if its leaving marks now you need to remove it first & might even need a light polish to fully remove.

Doubt this is enough, will most likely need to polish. Start least aggressive and work your way up.

Cermatic coating. Less water stays, less stains.

Also, rain water is naturally soft. So it's carrying concrete onto your car. May be your apartment has some sort of envelope issue?

If you are not renting, I would follow up on your condo board.

Before claying polishing try to use a chemical decontamination product that's specific for water spot removal. It'll dissolve or at least soften the minerals so less effort is needed for claying or polishing.

Chemical guys has such a product for something at Canadian tire.

Meguairs has a professional product designed for Boats and RV that works very well.
