Web developer college programs in Ontario

I'm 23, and am not happy with my college history thus far. I'm in the middle of taking a year off from the Computer Engineering Technology program at Seneca college, because I'd lost interest. I've been spending the majority of my time over the past two years learning programming, and most recently learning Ruby on Rails and Angular JS. I've already completed all the programming courses in the Seneca program, aside from a Visual Basic third year course (which I am not looking forward to). It would be another two years if I continue with the program.

I'm now confident that my interests lie in web development. Are there any good college programs which would be worth taking to prepare me for a job in the industry? I have seen a few 'Mobile and Web Development' programs, which I think are quite new and I'm not sure how accredited they are. I've had no problem teaching myself the majority of programming I know now, and I believe any one who has a true interest in a subject should take the time to learn on their own. But to get a job I think I'm going to need at least a diploma. I would prefer a program which focused on newer technologies, though I realize there aren't a ton of options. I'd appreciate any advice you all could give me.

Thanks,
Dominic

Keep in mind that there is a huge supply of web developers and it's really hard to find your first job unless you have 1-2 years experience doing web development.
Also, because of that supply, those who do hire unexperienced developers, usually pay ~40k, i've even seen less. And that's with a university degree like Computer Science.
Having said that, mobile seems to be in fairly high demand.
