Weber Kettle setup for Rotiserrie/Trays

Okay guys need a bit of guidance.

Not sure if any of you guys on here not only own a Rotiserrie for your Weber Kettles, but if so, have you bought the Onlyfire Trays? These attach to the spit, and look to be an amazing way of making ribs, veggies, fish, pizza, etc! We bought these on Amazon, and wondering how you have your charcoal setup. Of course I have every option in the baskets, slow n sear, as well as Vortex.

I got sucked into buying the trays, it looks amazing and a great way to cook multiple things. Setup is a bit of a pain, and cleaning will be cleaning with all the stuff we own so was worth a shot. Will likely have to play around with what to use for heat, etc

Not quite sure what you're asking. Like spit cooking, fire should be parallel to rotisserie rod.

We're all bozos on the bus until we find a way to express ourselves...

Failure is always an option...just not the preferred one!
