Since you are in Ajax it's pretty simple. To get the ballpark sold price take the listing price and add $300k, next month do the same with $400k, this goes to infinity.

This is the ONLY reason actually. I'm nosey and just want to know what the selling price is for all the homes in my area (and family/friends too).
