Does anyone know if I could find recent real estate sold prices?

Since you are in Ajax it's pretty simple. To get the ballpark sold price take the listing price and add $300k, next month do the same with $400k, this goes to infinity.

To join? No. If it gets you excited and then you buy a house, yes. Hundreds of thousands over what you think you wanted to spend.
