Webull 3 Months Free Level2 Nasdaq Market Data

Deal Link:
Retailer:
Webull
Canadians can't fund and trade using Webull, BUT you can sign up for an account and get 3 months of realtime streaming Level2 Nasdaq market data for free. Check the data and use your Canadian broker of choice to trade. $1.99/month after 3 months would be nice too but since I cant fund it, I doubt we can continue using it after 3 months is up.

Edit: I can subscribe for L2 using Google Pay on my phone. Can't find a way to pay via desktop/web
Webull has recently established a strategic partnership with NASDAQ to bring all our clients premier Level-2 Market Data, powered by Nasdaq TotalView. To support this partnership, we have comprehensively upgraded our products to provide even more complete market data. These advanced quotes will be able to provide you with a deeper look into the market. We have also readjusted the subscription fee; decreasing it from $24.99/month to $1.99/month. All clients who have signed up with us will receive a 3-month complimentary subscription to Level-2 Market Data.
Your 3-month complimentary Level 2 Market Data (Nasdaq TotalView) subscription will begin on 08/20/2020 and end on 11/21/2020.
Once your complimentary 3-month Level 2 Market Data subscription has ended, you may choose to pay a $1.99/month subscription fee to continue receiving these advanced quotes. (The previous subscription fee was $24.99/month!) If you do not wish to continue receiving Level 2 Market Data after your complimentary 3-month subscription, you will receive Level 1 Market Data (Nasdaq Basic) instead. Level 1 Market data is completely free and there is no end date for this offer.
Thanks for using Webull!

Free is free. But with HFT there's always buy/sell orders at every level with thousands of shares making lvl 2 data not very useful.

Deals like this remind me of how Americans get it so good. Free level 2 data and 1.99 per month after while I'm paying $80 a month for level 1 data, basically just to get my commissions down to 5x the prices of American brokers. Unfair.

Sounds like youre using qt. Give interactive brokers a shot. Platform has a learning curve but commissions is usually cheaper (it's not capped at $10). I pay 15 for US level 1 with $10 rebated back to me after$30 in commissions), and there's various other account fees. But I think my costs run me under 20/month
