- Expiry:
- August 7, 2019
Hi everyone,
I remember a year or so ago there being a thread for weekly grocery deals and since I didn't see any pop up, I decided to start one last week. Feedback has been positive so here’s the second week’s lineup! Please share any suggestions for deals that I've missed. Here's this week’s lineup of deals:
And for those of you in the west, I’m looking forward towards posting the thread later this week. If anyone could quickly PM me with the basics (e.g. when flyer cycles start, what stores are reputable; price match policies with large grocers, which regions have different flyer cycles) that would really help a lot.

Comments for this week:
- For all No Frills deals that involve multiple purchases, you’ll see under the big yellow circle that there is a per unit price, which is the same as the sale price but in units. You can price match the unit price and don’t need to buy two or 7 of the same products. In fact, the same goes for in store purchases.
- I also want to apologize if the formatting is a bit off (bolds, italics, underlines). I’ve been trying to keep the formatting universal for all the lines (bold product names/prices, underlined sections) but when I copy + paste it only registers plaintext so I have to start over with RFD formatting.
