Weird pipe noises (animals, humidity, ??)

Been having weird noises in two storey detached; first floor brick and second floor vinyl siding.

Couple of years back one of the bathroom faucet started making tapping sounds when turn on hot water. Figured it was loose strapping in wall and so just dealt with it instead of opening drywall. Basically expansion due to hot water?

Fast forward to several weeks ago and the same faucet now makes tapping sounds when turn on cold water.

Plus two types of sounds in walls when no water turned on anywhere in house.

1. Suction type of popping sounds at back of house where it gets most sunlight (not sure if that is reason). This is at both main and second floor. Seem to be more prevalent at daytime.

2. Tapping sounds like water pipes even when no water is turned on. Reminds me of the phantom toilet flushing but it's not that. Seems to be more prevalent at nighttime.

Has been really humid last 6-7 weeks so not sure it's that or possibly mice or other animals? However both the suction (like when remove suction arrow from glass) and water pipes sounds don't seem to be animal made but could be wrong.

Besides humidity, animals, hot sun at rear or something wrong at main water line... Anything else to look into before call an exorcist?

When all faucets closed have checked water meter and no dials running.

Hot water pressure good all around.

Not sure about the sounds when all faucets closed.
