I always thought the Baconator was a triple, not a double

$2 for a premium burger?

Odds of that happening are when pigs start flying.

LOL, I can guarantee that $2 is way below cost for the restaurant to make this burger. Not in this lifetime.

It would be about $14

It is $9 for the normal sandwich. $5 to double the meat sounds about right.

I think he might be factoring in fries and a drink.

An extra patty costs around a $1.20. You can add an extra patty to a baconator.

So at the minimum you are looking at $7.89 + $1.20 = $10.27 without taxes.

At $2 they would have to cut of the meat from the cow and pig without slaughtering it and hope it grows back.

just got 2 for lunch, you can ask for them to be "Burger Built" as the lady told me which means they will make them with to include the veggies of a normal burger. Also did not charge me anything for doing so, i would ask for them to add tomato to my 2 for 5 breakfast sandwich at McDonalds and Tims and they would charge upwards of $1 for a slice of tomato. Still got one burger sitting here i am little bit more full then expected from my 16 hour IF. Oh well under $12 all in cant complain.

This is like the opposite of most fast food burgers, which is mostly bun and toppings and very little meat. Well worth $5.
