Just an FYI, I ordered this drive during Black Friday from WD (same price) and it hasn't shipped/has been on back order since. Strange they're listing it as purchasable again.. you may end up waiting a little for it to ship from WD

A whole month and they're still selling it as it's in stock..... Is your order status "Preparing to ship"?

Thanks, OP! Just ordered two 14 GB versions a few days ago, but for an extra $25 I'll take the 16 GB!

How does this compare to BB's 18TB drives? I think I have to shuck them, but that's all that I know.

had to return the 20TB one i got from AMZ. was making machine gun noises on spin-up and windows disk manager wouldn't recognize the drive to initialize. kind of tempted to buy the 20TB again. it's $450 right now, which is like $1 more than when i bought it.

anyone running 20TB?
