WestJet Long Haul flights & Complimentary Meals

So I'm confused I phone WestJet to ask if we will get complimentary meals on our flight from Vancouver to London and the agent says yes and then changes her mind and says no, somewhere on the web it says they are covered on the 787 Boeing but in other places it says for purchase only so I don't know which is correct, anyone do this flight and can shed some light? thanks in advance also must say most unhelpful agent ever, not sure why these people are doing call backs when they don't even know anything and are unwilling to assist with anything.
