That plus their locations map in the GTA is hilarious. Despite having a dozen or so locations, it's as if they think the only people who like bagels live on or near Bathurst St.

Lasted year, my mom and I went pass by What a Bagel and decided to stop. We went in and out less than 10 minutes.

Same for Crispy Creme, the line up at out to the door.
The word FREE is too powerful.

There is a concentration of bagel shops along Bathurst because its predominately Jewish. That is where their core customer base is.

I get that, and if they want to be a specialty place/best in Toronto with one or two locations, that's one thing, but they have about a dozen shops in that area. If you look at other bagel chains, they tend to be more geographically spread out across the GTA.

It really depends on the location and time of day. I've been to one where the line-up was 10 minutes outside and then a wait for them to make the bagels, but there was another location with almost no line-up and unless you wanted a particular variety of bagel, no wait either.
