What aircraft did Sunwing 410 change to 2019.8.27?

We were booked on Sunwing 410 this Tue., Aug. 27, YYZ-POP. We bought premium plus seats and it showed seat map for 737 (3x3, with first few rows on the right as PE+ seats. (The return aircraft for Sept. 3 POP-PUJ-YYZ still shows a 737 seat map.)

Just checked the seat assignment/mp, it changed to a 4 seat per row aircraft, with first few rows as PE+ seats. the row numbers show 1 to 6, then 26 to 58, with seats A, B, and C, and instead of D it says NOLETTER.

How do I find out which aircraft this is?

Probably a Boeing 767-300? 2 aisles?

Boeing 767-300 is a large plane with 7 seats across the economy rows. This Sunwing 410 has 4 seats, so is a smaller aircraft.

Do you have a screenshot? I can ask someone I know who is a cabin manager?

She actually told me recently that some Sunwing flights are now Westjet (but what you describe is certainly not Westjet). I remember when I flew with them a few months ago (May?) even though they were using the Eastern Airlines 767 the seat plan still showed 737.

4 seats per row (so 2X2) is very unusual tho.... no Boeing or Airbus aircraft has a standard 2X2 configuration

Last week's flight was a 767. Might have 2-2-2 configuration in front (2-3-2 is standard in the back though Britannia uses 2-4-2) and Sunwing's website doesn't translate seat map for something so large. Might be AB-CE-FG and AB-CDE-FG in the back?

As per my friend (copied & pasted text)

WG 410 is Eastern Airlines 767

Seat maps for wide body won’t show up accurate on consumer sites since its not our fleet

Thanks. Here's the image of the seat map, for this WG410 for 2019.8.27. When placing cursor over the seats, it'll show row 1 to 6, then jumps to 26.

Wonder if the returning flight WG411 on 2019.9.3 will also change. It currently has

We flew yesterday. It was Eastern 767. The first 6 rows were 2x2x2, old business class cabin. Middle armrest not movable. Wider seats with good legroom.

But things don't work properly. There is footrest, but none of them work. The buttons to "release" for them to move up didn't work. Tried to manually move it up, it only stayed a little bit and any touches would have it fall down. The seat in front of me (by my other family member) does not recline. The seat next to me, the recline button didn't do any thing, had to manually push it to recline.

At least the seats are better than economy. There are flaps at the head. But they are not comfortable. Afterwards, all 3 of us have neck pain.

They are not lie flat.
