FWIW, ragdolls have white feet (and pink pads) front and rear. Any colour on the paws disqualify them (dark spots on leg warrant demerit points for show cats)

Cream rises to the top. So does scum.

Could be anything... Domestic long hair with lynx point markings.

Hmmm you sure about this? Our Ragdoll has white paws, and that is known as "mitted", because there are those without white paws.

Absolutely. "Mitted" means the paws are white, fore legs colored.

Ragdolls are not required to have only white paws/feet. According to the breed standard which you linked:

Can't really tell what it is just by looking at it. Unless it's a pedigreed cat, it's most likely a mix/moggie. In this case, a domestic long hair with lynx point markings seems pretty accurate.
