What can I use for this door? (fixed pics)

Hi,

This is my garage door into the house entry. It looks unfinished due to lack of trim. Here are some pics with depth dimensions. I know there are door trim kits but it wont work on this, right?

That is quite the jambs on that door... extend out the existing jambs to the drywall and trim as normal.

Is it even inserted right/centered in the opening? How far does it protrude into the house?
Yes you'll have to extend or replace the jambs so it can be trimmed up.
