What’s the best instant read and also wireless food thermometer right now?

I figured this sub would be mite appropriate than food and drink.

I’m looking to purchase two kinds. One instant and one that’s wireless and meant to be placed in the meat for the whole duration

We have the non-wireless version, it was listed as a Hot Deal

Ours works great bought it in May, note there’s a newer version of the wireless one I linked but not sold by Amazon. All the same company, maybe check their reviews.
