DealRNothing wrote: It could be either depending on market, macro, trading factors. I'm interested in FTS currently and moved it to watch at $50.04 (since Sept actually)... Because the market (appears) to still be in a downdraft, I would ideally enter below. That price will depend on trading volumes, moving averages, etc.
Wow FTS is sub $49. I was looking at $50 for months and today it shot below $49!

When to buy?

Utes starting to come on sale today due to further IR "panic". I initiated 1/4 position today @ $48.98... I am expecting sub $45 range if we enter previous "high" IR cycle(s) territory.

I also added today ZUT @ $22.26 (downdraft across a few names, especially BEP - which I don't like ;)

I am wondering whether TRP is right in your model range now.

In addition to FTS, aren't EMA and INE also good, at current levels?

Also, do you think that ENB a good buy right now?

Looks like 3400 is next stop and buyers come in. If 3400 comes tomorrow, I would say that is capitulation on the short term and I will be long.

3551 is today's open. I will also be long if we get over that.

Well, I was wrong... let's see how market closes.
2022/3: BOC raised 10 times and MCAP raised its prime next day.
2017,2018: BOC raised rates 5 times and MCAP raised its prime next day each time.
2020: BOC dropped rates 3 times and MCAP waited to drop its prime to include all 3 drops.

There's no way this sticks, but yeah, what an emotional roller coaster

I saw blood in the streets, expected blood in the streets

All the day traders saw was an opportunity for a 4-5% bounce and grabbed it (think SHOP and LSPD and other junk names)

Feels sucky, even more so as I'm sitting here on day 4 of COVID head shittyness

Gotta walk away sometimes and reset for tomorrow

At least GLXY didn't FOMO into this fake recovery and has just kept dropping! lol

Down day #7 still
First time that I invested money was in 2008 right before the crash. Then I went bank to school, took my money out to buy a house in 2016. So, I started to self-direct in August 2021... And here we are.

I can't help but feel extremely unlucky with my timing.
