I think the Q300L is a Cooler Master case, not Corsair
The SN750 is WD, not Samsung

Here is what I would pay

250$ - CPU
80$ - Motherboard
30$ - Case
70$ - SN750
100$ - WD 1 Terabyte m.2
200$ - 1660Ti
150$ - Memory (32 Gig)

No value for for WiFi or Heatsink

880$

That being said, I am sure you can easily hit 1000$

$1000 should be easily attainable. If you got an OS on there and a basic office suite that may sweeten the deal.

Something to be said for a ready to go computer, plenty of people out there don't have the knowledge or patience to built one.

If you're going to sell it on local ads then it also depends on where you live, big city, small city etc. As someone who lives in a small city I see examples of this all the time when I see these kinda discussions on RFD, for example, Toronto area RFD'ers telling us what get for stuff on Kijiji versus what I see in my area. Huge differences, not only price but also in time it takes to sell, or in some cases whether things sell at all.
