What does "mattress in a box" mean?

Walmart is offering this mattress,""Springwall 12" Firm Tight Top Pocket Coil Mattress in a box". What does it mean "in a box"? Why they emphasize "in a box"?

I was wondering why they emphasized it too. I thought it was obvious it arrives in a box; I mean, what else would it arrive in? A large plastic bag with handles at the top?

It comes vacuum packed i.e, rolled up and shrunk in thickness so it can be transported more easily. The boxes usually have a pair of little roller wheels on them too. It also means good frikken luck if you want to put it back in the box for a return!!! I bought a cheap clearance one for a spare bed.
