What happened to burger king supposedly modernizing and introducing their burger bar concept alongside modernization ?This was plastered several years ago over various media outlets; yet all locations here seem to be stuck in the 1972 era with old fixtures, layout etc etc

I know they have this in vegas, specifically inside a casino. I guess they're still reluctant to roll this out in a big way until they see more results. A whopper's a whopper I don't care how many slices of tomato I can ask for.

Yes I concur, thats why I said "Maybe" Their investmint in TH could have set them back more than expected, maybe theyre sales are down, their profits arent as high as expected, and could not secure proper budget for these burger bars.

I would eat there if they made their burgers in that fashion. You order, guy in the back fires it up on the grill, and someone garnishes it with whatever you want. Great concept for fast food! Which is sadly.... Just the way every other mom & pop burger joint does it... Lol

+1!!!!
Do they not know that their BK coffee is the absolute worst there is??
Switching to TH coffee would make a world of difference!

Speaking of which, when will we see a BK/TH instead of a Wendy's TH, or will that become a Wendy's/Red's Cafe?

Some future, Harveys (a mainstream brand in Canada) and every other mom and pop burger joint have been doing this forever.

Go to South Street Burgers, they have every single topping and sauce imaginable, too many choices I find as I am always stumped when they ask what I want on it... More than anyone can put on a burger.
