What happened to PC Village computer shop (downtown Toronto)?

I am posting here because I can't find any info online on what happened.

The PC Village computer shop in downtown Toronto has existed for two decades. I have not visited the shop since the pandemic began. Yesterday, I was in the neighbored and was surprised to see the store all locked up. There was no signage posted on the door. A number of clearance sale posters were on the storefront window, however. I don't think it was the store's off day. The store's website is still operating but is also holding a clearance sale. There is no notice on the website that the store has closed up.

Anyone has any news about this? I still remember the days when Toronto Chinatown were populated by dozens of computer shops. So sad that they had all disappeared except a few. I went to the shop yesterday because I wanted to get some networking gears there.

Probably shut (out of business) due to pandemic and inflation
Not easy for small businesses out there

All of them are long gone.
Filtech, PC Village, Sonam,... All of them gone. Thanks to Online shopping and that brief period in the 2010s where building your own PC took a dive.

Even infonec is gone. And they were one of the first to get out of the retail market and move towards the business target market.
