What are the laws on Parking at end of driveway in Ontario

Pretty sure everyone in the GTA that has to deal with this...
But in Milton, ON there is no street parking between 2am-5am and they out there ticketing every night.

I been parking sideways like a lot of people on the attached driveway after the sidewalk.
But i just got my first ticket after 2 years of doing this.

As I allowed to do this? Did a law change recently that I was unaware of? Is there a minimum distance from car to sidewalk/road?

it says "no parking on a grass boulevard"
what if I had it paved.
Then you'd be potentially(as most municipalities have laws on this) breaking another by-law that governs not messing with the boulevard (that is public property) without the city's permission.

Your car most likely hung over the boulevard.

Usually it's not enforced but someone might have filed a complain...

Not enforced in Toronto. See it all the time and everywhere.

It's not the parking, it's the poorly 'modded' WRX with a quebec plate.... and some fat dude with skinny pants and a size too small shirt.

This isn't the worst... In my community some asses park their car on the boulevard but front in... Essentially their cars block the sidewalk and part of the road. What's worse is that some people who lives right by an intersection do it.

No space in Garage? I often see so many homes with single/double garages but cars parked outside.

Yes, people put their garbage in their garage and then put their expensive car outside.
They are genius.

Renovating basement, so basement stuff is in garage.
Should be done by end of summer hopefully.

You get 18 a year per plate.
Only way to get more is to get a new plate.

Seems it's just bad timing with the construction you got going on, but it's a legitimate ticket.
