What is Lowes order processing time ?
Sent question yesterday by Contact Us form - if they can precut the sheet, and as of now only received confirmation and "case #".
So this afternoon tried the chat function. Wait time to connect was 2.5 hrs, then I asked "What is processing time in Niagara Falls" and agent replied non-answer "It differs between locations". Opened another Lowes.ca tab to check the order ID and chat moved there, but I was unable to type in it anymore. Refreshed that second tab and it just closed the session in both tabs.
Also here is something funny, wife was trying to order some smoke alarms, and here is picture of her shopping cart. The Lowes website seems to be real gem of functionality )
