What other cars have sentry mode like Tesla
I really like this feature that can record hit and run at parking lots. But not ready for a electric car now.

Some dashcams, when wired up to full-time 12V, can detect impacts and record them. Not as well integrated (as it's obviously something you have to add-in), but it's possible.
Deal with it.

None that I'm aware of. But you can get 24/7 recording with a dashcam or 2, or a 360 degree dashcam, with a battery bank power source to avoid draining your 12V battery.
If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.
