what type of jobs possible with this skill set?

Not much Local experience other than customer associate in a Retail store in GTA.
Learnt very good / advanced MS Excel skills along with basic financial concepts, etc.
Nature of job in Retail store of course is so hectic for the pay & hence my brother is looking to quit that.
Need advice on what type of job he can get with skills i mentioned....any possibility in Book keeping or Data entry jobs as he prefers to land in sitting jobs using his Excel skills primarily....

Can he just move around internally? Since he knows the company business well which is huge advantage. Like if you work in loblaws retail store, you can probably find a job in back office?

What age range is he?

What age range is he?
He is 40 & fortunately his wife holds a good position with pay.
It's a small retail stores & not much opportunities in sitting job...But yes, he of course is well versed with that retail operations, etc.
