What will be the best way to prevent wrinkles?

As title, I have seen so many products at the market and I was wondering what will be the best natural way to treat wrinkles.

I have read some articles and all tell you is prevent sunlight and have enough hydration, if there is any remedies that you can refer ?

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

UV exposure will age ur skin. I guess there is a tradeoff between getting UV to make vitamin D and having good skin. I would say maybe expose the areas of skin u care less about aesthetically, like butt cheeks, lol?

Keep ur skin hydrated. Drink water and use a topical cream or whatever that keeps skin hydrated. I recommend petroleum jelly.

Get enuf sleep.

Avoid eating foods that cause inflammation. Eat vitamin C foods.

Exercise regularly.

Avoid toxic stress.

Don't yo-yo diet. Keep a constsnt weight.

Individuals assign different values to things. If u want to smoke, u r going to take a hit in terms of aging.

Get into a time machine and go back in time to tell your younger self to wear sunscreen. Sunscreen during your youth is 100x more effective than anti-wrinkle creams in later years.

I know plenty of gfs that tan throughout their teens and 20s and they look fine in their 30s. Don't let big pharma and sunscreen manufacturers scare you.

What does FINE mean? Sun damage takes a long time to show up. We are talking 20+ years.

But the biggest tell if sun damage affects your skin more than others is to look at your part of the body that gets more sun exposure than others to see the affect. Example the outside of your arms vs the inside. etc

Sun damage not only includes wrinkle but sun spots, freckles etc.

Having said that, 90% of skin is genetics so if they are blesses with good genes, not much in the world can do it great damage. It's just whether you want to get that extra help just in case.

All the experts agree that tanning ages ur skin, though.
