I would omit the heads--less to fuss with--plenty of flavour from the rest of the shrimp.

Bought cooked lobster $9.99 on sale at Metro. Decided to marinate in soy/ginger/garlic mixture. Cut it into pieces unshelled. Put it in air fryer for 5 minutes or so and it got nicely glazed. Also threw in chopped green onions.

Asian chopped salad. Nice fat grown in Canada asparagus. A couple of honey garlic wings. Also glazed and heated in air fryer.

Currently buttermilk brining some chicken for air fried chicken Sammy’s.

Brine is equal parts buttermilk and pickle juice (from homemade dolls).

Do you brine for air fried chicken? I always do for charcoal cook, but wonder if not necessary for this.

No reason not to brine if you remember and have time. Dry brine is my preference by far.

Not at all. I let the pieces come to room temperature, then in the air fryer at a high temperature just to glaze and warm the inside a bit but not cook.

The next lobster sale is usually around Father's Day. I'll be doing this again.

Chinese dry fry beef ho "fun".

These are not noodles but rather I buy the rice rolls aka Cheung fun which is what the noodles are made out of and I cut them into dumpling like shape. Cooked in my wok and the 160k BTU burner.

So good eats.
