I am just curious about what are the most popular flavors in Wild Wings (NOT Buffalo Wild Wings).

aren't all their flavors just a combination of Frank's red, BBQ, Honey Mustard, Ketchup, some kind of habanero hot sauce and the various seasonings?

Unless I stick to buffalo spicy hot or medium, none of the flavors have been consistent, and not just from visit to visit, but also from order to order on the same visit.

And, something changed around 2011/2012, where the size of the wings shrunk to half the original, and the quality of how crispy the skin was when the wings came to the table. Haven't been to one since that change.

Now Buffalo Wild Wings, is another matter. Their wings are huge and crispy and if you stick to the basics like Buffalo hot, medium, or the Honey Garlic, naked salt and pepper. They go good with a pint of beer.

Another understated wing place is Wingporium, great wings, good portions, great prices and overall just a good dive bar atmosphere without the "dive bar" crowd.

None of the above. I go to the real deal (Buffalo Wild Wings, Anchor Bar, Duff's) and not this lame-ass copycat.

Medium or hot. That is all. I don't want sweet and sour, honey garlic, BBQ sauce, or any of those other gimmicks. And more importantly, proper Buffalo wings are NOT breaded. Full stop.

Exactly. Wild Wing is to Buffalo wings what all those Chinese McSushi places are to real sushi. Let's just mix up this set of ingredients in different combinations and BAM, we can claim 100 items on the menu!

Yup.
That's why I got to know my server and told her to surprise me.
She'd come up with some stuff that's off menu.

Even though they have "100" flavors, most of them are meh. Some are weird.
And there's basically like 3 actual hot ones.

I wish they'd come up with some more unique flavors, not mixing BBQ and whatever.

Actually their hot sauce is made for them. It's not just franks.

Source: Bought a gallon at auction. I'll post a pic if anyone cares.
Do you not have anything else to do rather than argue with strangers on the internet
Nope. That's why I'm on the internet arguing with strangers. If I had anything better to do I'd probably be doing it.
