Whats the best Google Cardboard headset

While there are some headsets with better quality lens and build quality, the difference between a cheap cardboard headset and a $60 plastic headset is very minimal. If you have a Samsung, getting their VR headset is a nobrainer, it works well together.

For everyone else, any generic headset and generic bluetooth will have okay results. The lack of any real apps and things to do is the real dealbreaker. I have a Nexus 6P, a generic headset (plastic, bought for like $40 a few years ago), it worked fine for some Youtube videos, but there wasn't a main app to use easily. Plus the lack of functional BT controller had me taking the phone out to change videos, etc. I eventually got a BT remote but the process isn't refined or streamlined.


I have not tried the Daydream heatset but I hear thats pretty good along with the BT remote it comes with.

Too bad day dream doesn't work with the 6p
