What's Difference Between Suit And Suit Jack?

For me, it’s same. But see Bay sells a lot Suit jacket, not sure whether it’s appropriate for office

No... but some guys use a suit jacket as a sports jacket ie. Wearing a suit jacket with a pair of odd colored pants or with chinos etc.

Suit & Suit Jacket, it's the same--Should come with a matching pair of trousers and/or a vest that is made of the same weave and fabric.
Both (Suit & Suit Jacket) are appropriate to wear in the office setting.
You have to distinguish them from sport suits or sport coats, that :
Are offered in a wide variety of colors and patterns
Are less structured and fitted, providing the ability to layer as well as a wider range of movement
Sometimes (though not always anymore) feature elbow patches, slits, ticket pockets, and/or pleats
Key Fabrics:
Flannel
Tweed
Houndstooth
Herringbone
