I saw my plumber brought it to my home, but I don't know the name.

And where can I buy it.

If its just for random/occasional use, hd rents them. I rented one 4-5 years ago, $75ish for 4 hours.

The one I posted was for reference to give OP an idea on what the machine was. There are different models depending on your needs and the size of pipes you are cleaning
