What's the point of a router these days when modems have WiFi?

There's no need, whatever comes with the Bell Fiber has the best router built in.

That's quite debatable.

They are trash the moment you connect 2-3 smartphones, a tv and a couple of pcs. Rogers is the same. Have replaced both multiple times whenever I had the service with either to no effect.

Installed an Asus router next to it and it's much more stable and handles all devices like a champ.
