I saw it after grabbing some Pizza Hut. LOL

They're parked on gravel, unstable and still managed to steal a lot.

Accord sport and touring rims are nice. 19's and fairly expensive. I've looked into what replacement cost would be and they charge around ~$500 each with no tires. Tires are about $300-400 each depending on brand.

We all know it wont be as good as new, like you said they wont tell you. Probably good to avoid this dealer.

I'm surprised this doesn't happen all the time. It just takes a few minutes to steal a wheel of any vehicle parked anywhere. Licence plates too, takes a screwdriver and 2 minutes.

I'd definitely avoid buying a car from there, no way they admit wheels got stolen from the car. Happened to an Enterprise branch a few years back in Scarborough, they stole all the Mercedes & BMW rims off the vehicles parked in the back.

yeah being a steelership they gonna add some car rim sur-charge to recoope their costs unless they use insurance?

cost of a replacement rim is about $220 usd.

These won't be claimed under insurance .. the dealership will just order new rims and tires then eat the loss.

They likely have a $5000 deductible for insurance claims and would only use it for theft or total loss (likely only if multiple units).

Sucks... I've seen 20+ rims and tires stolen off Ford F-150s in a single night. Expensive loss for a privately owned dealership.

Same, went to Home Depot at the same complex and remarked to my GF that they were robbed.

Yeah but with the dealer already having done the 500.00 glass etching on those cars, so you can't decline paying for it... The police will have those tires back on them cars in no time  Or maybe not LOL
