When does Expedia issue e-Tickets for all-inclusive vacations?

I booked a vacation back in March and received a confirmation email at that time...

In that email, it says "All e-tickets and supporting information will be sent to the email address you provide us for booking confirmations 14 days prior to departure.
If your trip starts less than 14 days from now, your e-tickets and supporting information will be emailed within 72 hours."

Our trip is in 5 days and I haven't received any follow up email from them yet... should I be concerned? Or does my confirmation email act as my ticket?

Anyone book through Expedia before?

You answered your own question in the bolded part. You should have had the documents at least nine days ago and, practically, before that. You need to call Expedia customer service and get after them.

No, your confirmation email does not act as your ticket but it should have any reference number required for when you contact Expedia as well as the phone number to contact them.

Called them this morning. They gave me another number to call for the vacation packages department. Called the second number, took them all of 2 minutes to re-send the docs.

I am having this issue now. Trip is in 10 days, no e-tickets yet. It all worked out when you contacted Expedia?
