Where to buy beer pint glasses?

I got that belgian beer trio pack from LCBO as a gift that had the Stella, Hoegaarden and Leffe pint glasses as well as theirs beers.

Needless to say after I moved back home, my mom put the Stella glass in the dishwasher and it cracked!! I loved that glass and was wondering if anyone knows where I can buy them separately?

go to a bar and order one on tap

i recall a while back i found a site that sold all of them, a google search might come up with it.
not sure about there, but here you can find them in beer and wine stores for sale.

i've got 4 or so from different places, cant recall from where, its been awhile. they are quite popular.

and as for topic, they hold a bottle, not a pint.
That's my 2cents worth

LOL, I've walked home with my pint glass from the local bar many times so I've got a few

You can definitely pick them up at places that sell stuff for your game rooms/bar, there is a store at Heartland town center that specializes in home pool tables/bar stuff/rec room stuff but I forget the damn name, but they've got the good ones with the beer labels on them... Im sure youd find unlabelled plain glass ones just about anywhere, including Canadian Tire and Home Depot

I love collecting beer glasses and get all mine from eBay. Shipping's a pain and 1 glass will run you about $20... that's why I buy a bunch of them for combined shipping. This seller is good http://cgi.ebay.ca/NEW-STELLA-ARTOIS-BE ... m153.l1262

I have the Hoegaarden, Leffe, and Stella glasses as well, but IMO all these InBev glasses are very low quality for the price, especially the Stella one which is made with very cheap glass.

If you want a really nice German crystal glass, I recommend this one:

Yes, oh yes do I ever love pint glasses. I'm going to be starting a collection once I start working.

The glasses you got from that belgian pack are half-pints and you can find them at the larger LCBOs during the holiday season. Probably starting around November. I managed to pick one up and the Guinness pack in the spring at a smaller LCBO in East York Town Centre.

For the full sized pint glasses with the labels (lovely!!), you can usually just buy them from bars. Some bars don't sell them but I know for sure that Fionn McCools http://www.fionnmaccools.com/ does. Picked up a Guiness and Hoegaarden from them, $5 each.

Btw - just re-read your OPost and if you want to get the half-pint glasses individually, I know that Shopsy's in Toronto (near Union Station) has half-pint glasses of Hoegaarden (with labels, most bars that serve half-pints serve them in generic glasses) on display, so they might have the half-pints of Stella.

Also try craigslist, maybe someone out there is selling them. Other than that, I don't know where you'd be able to find that particular Stella glass because it's just a special gift-set glass.

I know I'm bumping an old thread, but better than starting a new thread, I'm also looking for a place to buy these type of glasses, like the Stella Artois glasses with the 'gold' rim, Hoegaarden glasses, etc.

I might try out the Fionn MacCool's locations, but is there anywhere else that just sells these outright for a decent price?

Thanks!

You're in luck, the gift pack season is here at lcbo and there are quite a few w/ glasses.

676494 / Taste of Belgium / $19.95 / 3 x 330 / repeat

that one has stella, leffe blond and hoegaarden along w/ their respective glasses.

http://lcbo.com/lcbo-ear/lcbo/product/d ... ber=676494

There are far more exciting selections available though than that....

Anyone know where I can find some stem-less wineglass with a gold or silver-rim, similar to the style of the tumblers they use on Mad Men (but larger and appropriate for wine)?

This style

Restaurant supply stores?

I was at Nella (on Norfinch) last week and I think I saw them there.

Might want to try Nicolau (Queen/Bathurst) too.

Or Tap Phong (sp?) that's at Spadina/Dundas.

Cheers

KitchenStuffPlus is a good place to look for these sort of things.
What if there were no hypothetical questions?
