Where to Buy Computer Chair parts?

Anyone know where I might find parts to fix my chair?

I have a Clutchchair that is still in warranty (well out of warranty now, since they refuse to answer my questions), but they ignore all my attempts to contact them the..so i'm trying to find parts elsewhere..no way i'm giving them more money, they offer zero support!

Anyways, my Swivel Tilt Mechanism cracked and after taking it all, apart the gas lift is stuck in there due to the other part being damaged.. I took a hammer and everything, it won't budge.

Where would I buy something like these?

I am not buying them at Clutch since they don't offer any support.
