I'd like to find a Canadian supplier. The above place looks ideal, but they only ship by courier, and it's going to be about $50 Cdn for shipping alone for six lousy rosettes. I have scoured the web, but can't find anything similar in Canada.
Does anyone have any ideas where I might source these in Canada?

And going over to pick up self clear customs is by far your cheapest option
With the border closed now for Coronavirus
Things are a bit different,
You can use a US Parcel Drop Service that will HOLD your items (no charge or a fee per day / wk / month)
Or a Service that also offers up a PUSH North option
