Where can I get a real Christmas tree?

I’ve decided to ditch the fake tree and go with a real one this year I want something nice and fluffy that will last where can I get a good quality one for cheap? Ie under $30? I had thought about going to a tree farm but they seem expensive

So you want nice and fluffy, or do you want under $30? You can't have both.

If you want cheap, use your fake tree since it doesn't cost you anything.

Real Trees are expensive...
Cause they are REAL
and a REAL Luxury
Once you cut em down for a Christmas Tree that’s it LIFE OVER
And it may have taken 20 or so years to get to a size and shape decent enough for most Customers
That’s a lot of time & effort for a Tree Farmer
(Most trees these days coming off of Xmas Tree Farms)

Seems at Christmas
Everyone is selling real trees
Look to the likes of Nurseries, Walmart, Home Depot, Grocery Stores
Or the independent guy in the corner of a big parking lot (like Cdn Tire)

But ya... not gonna be cheap if you want a truly symmetrical full fluffy tree

BTW... there are many varieties of Evergreens used for Christmas Trees
That’s what you need to educate yourself on... so you know what type of tree YOU prefer

And lastly, a well made artificial tree ain’t really cheap either
But it should last you decades
If you already own one... then by far that’s your cheapest / earth friendly option

1 Artificial Tree = 20 Years
Vs
20 Real Trees that each took 20 Years to Grow

Going to ikea tomorrow thanks guys. Actually I just watched a documentary with this company that rents real trees and they keep them alive for 20 years sometimes so no they don’t automatically die after being cut. I’m gonna try to save mine in the backyard for next year lol

Just don't buy the cheap trees too early....they won't last 3 weeks, let alone 4 weeks

Use the trees in front of your house and decorate it.
A life spent making mistakes is not only more memorable, but more useful than a life spent doing nothing.

At Christmas my friend moves his potted spruce tree to the patio outside of his living room's sliding glass patio door. Then he sticks baubles and ornaments to the glass with suction cups.
