Pre-workout: Individual ingredients from CanadianProtein (caffeine, beta alanine, and citrulline malate).

myprotein just kills me with their shipping rates when not ordering for my monthly pay

Any reason why you guys order online? I assume it's for being less expensive... I usually just goto GNC to purchase my protein. I usually buy the promasil iso whey. I'm a big fan of it. I definitely see major changes in terms of muscle development and recovery.

It's cheaper online. No specific brand of protein would cause major changes in muscle development and recovery though. Muscles are built over long periods, with appropriate calorie intake, protein intake, and enough volume/frequency/intensity of strength training. Improved recovery can come from so many things: better volume/frequency to support recovery, better sleep, less stress, higher calorie intake, micros/macros, etc etc

Does Canadianprotein have better pricing? I've never looked because the deals offered by myprotein have been good enough for me at ~$7-8/lb. I stick to stuff that's on sale for $10/lb or less.

I checked their pricing for smaller quantities (I'd never buy 22 lbs of one flavour) and they're a bit more expensive than myprotein for the smaller bags. I'm not brand loyal but I'll just stay where I am unless I find something cheaper.

Like I said earlier, I buy bulk vanilla and a smaller different flavour. m not brand loyal, but I am not a fan of trying a new company if they current one is working well for me. But the moment they mess up, I hold a grudge LOL.

Have you tried both brands? Flavours? Right ingredients that the companies said... Recently I heard companies don't put the amount of protein that they said in nutritional info or isn't good quality etc

Have't tried the other one. But the flavours from canadianprotein are good. Never had an issue with them.

I also buy my fish oil pills from GNC, along with my Promasil Iso Whey protein. If I can get these for cheaper online, then may as well. What's the best website?

If you use fish oil for Omegas, Costco is well priced.

Curious why you like to use whey isolate ($$).

I have in the past, used to get beta alanine and creatine from them, plus caffeine and make my own pre workout. But now I just buy pre made stuff from Supplement King.
